Lecture: Margaret Atwood

The English Department is pleased to announce that the 2014 Yusko Ward-Phillips lecturer is Margaret Atwood.

A perennial finalist for the Nobel Prize in Literature and winner of many international literary awards, including the Booker Prize, Atwood is the author of more than thirty volumes of fiction, poetry, children’s literature, and nonfiction. She is perhaps best-known for her novels, which include The Handmaid’s Tale
