To get his class into the Halloween spirit, Professor Jason Ruiz held a costume contest for the Introduction to American Studies class on Monday.
Many students participated in the contest, and the winners (pictured below) dressed as the high school history textbooks critiqued by James Loewen in Lies My Teacher Told Me, a required reading for the course.
