John Low Cover
John is an enrolled citizen of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi and an associate professor in comparative studies at Ohio State University – Newark, where he also directs the Newark Earthworks Center. He received his Ph.D. in American Culture, a graduate certificate in Museum Studies, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan. He earned a B.A. from Michigan State University, a second B.A. in American Indian Studies from the University of Minnesota, and an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago.
